“Life begins the day you plant a garden.”

Humans have survived on over 4000 species of flora and fauna since we have existed on this planet. Our current food system has us limited to 30, all monoculture-farmed and highly processed. We can change this world overnight.

Grow More Than Food — Grow Knowledge That Was Almost Lost

  • Discover what thrives in tropical climates

  • Learn medicinal uses of everyday plants

  • Cook with ingredients you grow yourself

My First Edible & Medicinal Garden.

Reclaim your health and your heritage by breaking free from a food system that has shrunk 4,000 years of human diversity into just 30 processed, monoculture crops. In a world where we’ve traded thousands of wild, life-sustaining species for a handful of mass-produced staples, this simple Far North Queensland guide is your "defiant act" of delicious rebellion.

Designed specifically for our unique tropical climate, this beginner-friendly roadmap shows you how to bypass the supermarket and grow, cook, and preserve the vibrant, heat-loving species that actually thrive in the FNQ sun.

Whether you have a sprawling garden or a single pot on a balcony, you can move beyond the "big 30" and rediscover the pure, low-maintenance joy of harvesting your own tropical greens and medicinal teas, proving that eating ethically and locally isn't just a survival skill, it's a gourmet revolution right outside your door.
